This yoga class has been postponed until the spring. Exact date and time to be determined.

Practice your tree pose among the apple trees in the Hans Herr House orchard in Willow Street. Bring the whole family for a fun and active fall afternoon. The hour-long class will be welcoming to beginners and participants of all ages.

The Hans Herr House is the oldest homestead in Lancaster County. Their beautiful apple orchard will give this class plenty of room to stretch out. Bring along a child or two in your life, or come further your own practice.

A 20-year practitioner of yoga, Leah Thomas pursued her 200-hour certification in Alignment Yoga from West End Yoga to share her love of yoga with others. She is passionate about creating space for students of all levels to tap into their bodies, while also finding ease through breath and proper alignment. Leah also holds a Ph.D. in pastoral care, and when she’s not practicing yoga, can be found teaching at Lancaster Theological Seminary.
