The Zoom link for this webinar will be sent out to registrants by email 2 hours before their session begins. The room will open 1 hour before each session to allow people new to Zoom extra time to try to connect and trouble-shoot issues with PRC staff.

Churches, businesses, and personal gatherings have shifted to using video conferencing technology like Zoom. But do you know how to host meetings?

PRC staff will cover the different levels of Zoom available and how to lead meetings in Zoom including helpful features like:

• Muting participants to control meetings
• Turning video feeds on and off for slower video connections
• Phone-in options
• Turning on breakout rooms and how to use them
• Recording a meeting
• Sharing a screen and controls
• Raising your hand
• Assigning hosts

We will discuss creative ways to share a Zoom account with your church. This Zoom webinar will have ample time for questions throughout. You will leave ready to engage with your communities using Zoom technology!
