9:00 am - 4:00 pm
This retreat day will attend to the mystical, subtle, and natural dimensions of the body and auric field. Attention will be given to the wisdom center or void which can be experienced as a place of depth, stillness, and emptiness. When we center ourselves and dwell in this stillness, we can expand into divine guidance. Listening in liminal space, body prayer, and quiet reflection will guide this day.
Lunch is included for all participants. Due to changes at the Jesuit Center, participants will not be able to stay overnight.
Annie Lengacher Browning, MDiv, LCSW, is a mystic and spiritual guide. Annie experienced a spiritual awakening and began connecting with God’s living guidance through accessing the spiritual dimension that lives around and within us. As her awareness of sacred and liminal space expanded, she began to integrate this into her life’s work. She finds great energy and joy in connecting individuals with their soul and divine image and awakening into expanded consciousness.
Her career includes work as a social worker and psychotherapist, focusing on integrating spiritual and psychosocial methodologies with individuals, and therapeutic work with single parent women and their families. She holds extensive ministry experience. She served as a pastor and conference minister in a Mennonite congregation and regional conference and worked as a hospital chaplain.
Spiritual Beings in Human Bodies Retreats
This series of three retreats, curated by Jean Lengacher, will focus on personal and cosmic awareness of the Human-Divine connectedness with one another and with our good Earth. We will explore what it means to live as holy beings who radiate light, vibration, wisdom and goodness. Sacred movement, prayers, and group reflection will inform the rhythm of these retreat days. The series can be enjoyed as a whole or individually.
