‘The Science and Experience of Chanting’ is a two part series to explore the spiritual connection of chanting, meditation and why it is good for our body and for deepening our connection to the divine.
Week Two – EXPERIENCE – We experience various types of sacred chanting as applied to meditation, we examine our own voices, and quietly journal to answer questions about our relationship with our voice physically and metaphorically. Are we speak/ chanting our truth clearly? Are we using our voice to connect with God in a meaningful manner? Are we preparing ourselves for meditation with ‘radical sincerity’? This weeks session will give us the tools to walk away with chanting ability regardless of the past beliefs about your ability to chant freely. We create a safe non judgmental environment for chanting as a community together.
