Start your Monday off by gently moving and breathing, ready to enter into your week centered and aware!

Kimberlee Peifer has a BS in Kinesiology and a Masters in Health Education from Penn State University.  She is certified in both Spiritual Direction and Formational Prayer, and as an RYT-200 hr yoga teacher.  She most recently worked at Kavanna House in York and on a farm at Lancaster Farmacy.  Both are dear to her heart because it was in those places that she learned about the connection of her spiritual journey with the natural world.  Kimberlee is passionate about continuing on her own contemplative journey with God, and helping others do the same, by deeply listening, being in silence together, and exploring spiritual practices.  In addition to reading, knitting and gardening, she enjoys continuing to create and discover the rhythm of life that works best for her.
