The Danish concept of Hygge (hooguh) could be defined as:

  1. The art of building sanctuary and community, of inviting closeness and paying attention to what makes us feel open hearted and alive;
  2. To create well-being connection and warmth;
  3. A feeling of belonging to the moment and each other and
  4. Celebrating the everyday.

Come learn how to incorporate Hygge into your life this summer. You will learn a specific yoga practice you can do at home and methods for being “cozy” with your family and friends even in the summer months!
