This is a Zoom webinar. We will send out the Zoom link to registrants on May 11.

The great uncertainty of this crisis has deeply impacted the mental health of many of us. These effects will not be easily erased, even when our lives start to return to normal. The long transition period will require careful attention for the mental health of ourselves and of those around us.

Learn about Mindful Self-Compassion, which helps you to accept your own feelings and pain, recognize you are not alone in your experiences, and treat yourself with kindness and compassion. Participants will learn and practice coping skills that can be used in your daily life or used in caring for others. There will be time to address your questions.

Lesley Huff holds a Doctorate of Psychology with a specialization in Family and Marriage Therapy. She is a licensed psychologist and leads the Change Through Compassion program at Samaritan Counseling Center. Lesley is a certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion.
